Thornhill Child Care Society is a non-profit society that exists to provide a secure, caring, quality learning environment for infants through to school age children. Our focus is to provide developmentally appropriate programs that are accessible to all families.
TCCS will be a leader in the field of child care and early learning through professional development, partnerships and advocacy. We will do this by developing and delivering flexible service options that respond to family and community needs. We will continue to be an accredited environment where our commitment to children and families can be nurtured.
Board of Directors
Thornhill Child Care Society is governed by volunteer parents who make the decisions regarding the direction of the Society and its programs.
Being a Board Member involves a few hours of time once a month and no previous board member experience is required. All that is required is a desire to ensure that the children continue to receive the best possible care. Board Members are generally elected at the Annual General Meeting held in June of each year, but may join at any time.
